Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy
Our customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we believe that fit is everything. Thus, upon request and subject to availability, we offer to send you two different sizes to try on while the courier is waiting, so you can pick the perfect fit for you.
As we have limited stock of each item, we are happy to offer Exchanges or Returns as follows:
Exchange
We offer exchanges within 48 hours from receipt of your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We only offer exchange one time per item.
We don't have exchange fees, but you will only cover the extra shipping charges.
We also encourage our customers to try the shoes upon delivery. The delivery agent will wait for you; if you are unhappy with the size, you can repack the order and return it to the agent, and we will send you the correct size straight away.
Returns and Refunds
We offer returns within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will only be charged for the delivery fees.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed.
For Cash on Delivery: please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund.
Please Note:
- We have the right to reject exchanges or returns if the items don't meet our policy standards.
- Your request should be made within the timing mentioned above of receiving your order.
- If a returned order doesn’t pass our inspection, it will be returned to you, and you will cover the shipping fees.
- For exchanges, once your returned order passes the inspection, we will contact you and send you the new requested size straight away.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
